My Thoughts, Training and Approach
I believe lasting change begins with self-compassion, clarity, and small steps that honor what matters most. I believe lasting change honors the whole person, not just physical health but mental, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.
After navigating my own seasons of stress, illness, and transformation, I witnessed firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the pace of life. That's why I became a Health and Well-Being Coach: to partner with people who are ready to reclaim their sense of agency, reconnect with their strengths, and create sustainable change. One meaningful step at a time.
My Training and Approach
I am a Duke Health Certified Health and Well-Being Coach and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Combined with my BS in Business and Marketing, my coaching approach is based on theories in psychology and neuroscience, to the fields of communication and leadership.
